DOMESTIC ORDERS

Same Day Delivery Cut-Off: 10 AM – 11 AM
Free delivery for orders AED 1,000 and above
COD – Additional AED 20 charge
International shipping fees is calculated on the checkout

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship internationally to all countries worldwide via DHL Express.
Delivery Time: 3-6 business days (estimated upon checkout).

You can track your package in real-time through the carrier’s website.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost or Stolen: If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@X.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
